When you use the instant quote tool on this site, the details you enter (contact details, address, property size, services selected) are used to generate your price and are sent to us so we can follow up, confirm the job and arrange your first visit. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding booking — a job is only confirmed once we've been in touch to confirm access and availability.

5. Sharing your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share limited information with:

• Trusted service providers who help us run the business (for example our website host, or booking and payment systems)
• Professional advisers such as our accountant, where required
